We do offer a short 3-day window after purchase to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. After that point, orders are final as we begin preparing your instrument. Every guitar goes through multiple quality checks with our builder and again in the U.S. before shipping. As a small builder working in limited batches, our focus is helping you feel confident in your choice before ordering. We’re always happy to answer questions about feel, specs, and tone to make sure it’s the right fit.
